At The Burnidge Soup Kitchen, our volunteers are the heart of our mission. Join us in making a difference by becoming a valued member of our volunteer team. Here's how you can get involved
Become a volunteer

Volunteer Opportunities:

Meal Service Volunteers

Assist in meal preparation, serving, and cleanup during breakfast & lunch shifts

Community Outreach Volunteers

:Engage with the community, distribute information, and raise awareness about our programs

Special Program Volunteers

Contribute your skills to specific BSK programs, workshops, or community gatherings.

Toy Distribution

Bringing joy to every child through thoughtful and inclusive toy distribution at One Kid Can

Application Process

Submit Your Volunteer Inquiry Form: HERE

Complete our online volunteer Inquiry form by clicking "HERE"

Attend an Orientation Session

Once your inquiry has been received, attend a volunteer orientation session to learn more about our mission, values, and specific volunteer roles.

Receive Training

Depending on your chosen volunteer role, you may receive training to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in your tasks.

Age Requirement

Volunteers must be [18] years or older

Commitment:

We appreciate volunteers who can commit to a regular schedule, but we also welcome one-time or occasional volunteers.
